Its not my mod Immersive Mouth and Teeth since the bug is still there when I remove it. Not sure exactly how, but here's what I did. However none of the NPCs or myself have audio nor do they move their mouths.
There is no way to add delay (other than using script). You can do whatever you want with this mod, no permissions needed, all I ask in return is that you give me credit if you distribute any part of this mod. Fallout 4 also marks the first game in the series to feature full voice acting for the protagonist. 1 Background 2 Interactions with the player character 2.1 Interactions overview 3 Inventory 4 Notes 5 Appearances 6 Bugs 7 Gallery Clem arrives at the vault eager and happy to help with anything that needs doing. I've tried running the DirectX setup again, restarting my computer, unplugging and replugging my headset: still nothing unfortunately.
